1. Order Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

2. Shipping Carrier: We utilize Canada Post for shipping your items. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

3. Shipping Options:

   • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
   • Express Shipping: 2 business days.

4. Sales Policy: All sales are final.

5. Local Pick-Up Option:

   • If you're a client and want to pick up at your next appointment, select "Pick Up" and mention it in the notes.
   • For non-clients, once your order is placed, the pick-up address will be emailed to you. We are located in Brampton, Mount Pleasant Area.
